Information collected

When you submit a project inquiry, the site collects the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project type, and message. It also records submission time and may record an IP address for security and abuse prevention.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to evaluate and respond to the requested web service, communicate about scope, and maintain a business record. It is not sold.

Service providers

The site may use hosting, email delivery, analytics, anti-spam, and security providers. Those providers process information as needed to operate their services. Payment information, when applicable, is handled through the payment provider identified in the project agreement rather than this inquiry form.

Retention and choices

Business records are retained as reasonably needed for inquiries, agreements, legal obligations, security, and administration. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing mike@provosthomedesign.com.
