This site provides general information about website and application services. An inquiry does not create a service agreement, reserve project time, or guarantee acceptance.

Project agreements control

Any accepted project will use a separate written proposal or agreement defining scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, fees, payment terms, change requests, intellectual-property rights, third-party services, launch, warranties, and support. That signed agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

Estimates and pricing

Published prices and calculator totals are preliminary estimates unless a written proposal states otherwise. Final pricing depends on confirmed scope, content readiness, integrations, migration needs, accessibility, security, and ongoing support.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely feedback, accurate information, rights to supplied text and media, access to required accounts, and approval of the work. Delays or new requirements may change timing and cost.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, email, analytics, fonts, payment processors, plugins, and other third-party services have their own terms, availability, and fees. Responsibility for accounts and renewals will be defined in the project agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
